22^nd April 2016, CDR is proud of Nur Azzalia Kamaruzaman, CDR PhD candidate for winning the Grand Prize in Science Technology category in 3-Minute Thesis Competition (3MT), organised by the Institute of Postgraduate Studies USM recently. When asked, she said that despite having to change her PhD research proposal for several times, she did not give up and always look for ways to overcome the challenges that she faced. The Vice Chancellor Award Recipient also added that everyone needs to work hard to be successful. CDR also congratulates Yap Lang Leng from Graduate School of Business USM for winning the Grand Prize in Social Sciences and Technologies category, and Mohamed Syazwan Omar for winning the Grand Prize in Engineering category. All three Grand Prize winners will be representing USM at the Finals of the 3MT International Competition on 10^th May 2016. Full news here.
