16^th January 2018, CDR in collaboration with National Anti-drugs Agency has organised International Drug Talk Series. The speaker invited was Professor Peter Reuter from School of Public Policy and the Department of Criminology, University of Maryland, USA. Prof. Reuter gave a talk titled, What do we know about effective and humane drug control? Drawing lessons from the past two decades of global experience. The talk was also attended by Secretary General, Ministry of Home Affairs, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Alwi bin Hj Ibrahim. The participants certainly benefitted from the talk given by Prof. Reuter, and the dialogue session that follows.
