INTRODUCING MR. TAKUYA TERAJIMA, ATTACHMENT STAFF FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF TOYAMA

The Centre for Drug Research (CDR), Universiti Sains Malaysia, is pleased to welcome Mr. Takuya Terajima as an Attachment Staff / Partnership Coordinator at the USM–UT Joint Technology & Innovation Centre.

Mr. Terajima is an administrative officer from the University of Toyama, Japan, currently participating in the LEAP Program, an overseas professional training program supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan.

Tera

He is stationed at CDR from June 2026 to March 2027.

During his attachment, he will serve as a coordinator to strengthen research and academic collaboration between Universiti Sains Malaysia and the University of Toyama.

His role includes facilitating international joint research, promoting student and researcher mobility, and fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and government to further develop the partnership between the two institutions.
